How to read this site in Armenian:

1.After downloading fonts.zip file on your desktop, double-click
  the same file and click extract all fonts, back onto your
  desktop, afterwards drop/drag fonts in the following fonts
  directory:
  >Start >All Programs >Control Panel >Fonts...folder

2. Click Tools menu in Internet Explorer, scroll down and click
   on Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, click Fonts.
4. In the Language Scripts top center, click the drop down
   arrow and choose User Defined, from the available options.
5.Then from Web page font list choose Arial AM font click
 Ok and OK again.  
6.Fianl Step. Click Encoding on the Internet Explorer tool bar,
  and choose User Defined.

Voila magically the gibberish will become our beloved Armenian language.
